• One time $75 Cleaning Charge applies to all rates.
• 10% Accommodations Tax plus $1 Per night S.L.T. Prop."M" tax must be added to all bookings.

Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• 25% Deposit of total rent is required to confirm reservation.
• Payments can be made by check, money order or by credit card via PayPal. If you wish to pay by credit card or debit from your bank account, I will send you an invoice to pay via the PayPal system.
• The remaining balance (including cleaning fee and taxes) is payable in full 30 days prior to arrival.
• Reservations made within 45 days of arrival require full payment to be made within 7 days of booking.
• Cancellations received prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge.
• Cancellations received between 7 and 30 days of arrival are subject to the loss of the 25% deposit paid.
• Cancellations received less than 7 days are subject to the loss of 50% of the total rental rate.
• Any cancellations that are received within 30 days of arrival that get re-rented will be refunded all monies paid less a $25.00 service charge.
